1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened electronic devices or appliances
  • Used fishing gear or marine safety equipment
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@overtheseasvoyages.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable courier.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
